Good idea but this app is very inflexible. Cannot delete default items from lists. Cannot copy lists so to create new list you have to start from scratch. Instructions are not intuitive e.g. To "delete" an item requires you to press the "reorder" button. I may as well stick to my excel spreadsheet.

Buggy
Just downloaded this app, read the instructions, and tried using it. It keeps crashing or giving me a message that it can not download items, check internet connection. On a high speed full signal connection. Even tried rebooting iPhone. Wait for a new version that fixes the bug.
